1. Return Period Limit
Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we will be unable to process return requests.
2. Return Conditions
To successfully apply for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
If possible, please retain the original receipt or order confirmation email for processing.
3. Return Process
Please log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” page, find the order you wish to return, and click “Apply for Return”.
Follow the system prompts to fill out the return application form and submit it.
We will review and reply to you within 2 business days of receiving your request, providing further return guidance.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
